This is completely heart-rending fact that human beings (especially the blacks) used to be sold either in auctions or any other possible way. They were considered some commodity for sale just like iPhones, farming or mining tools, purchasing a SIM for your mobile-phone etc. If you just come to view the photos of slave sales, you will cry your heart out, I bet.
“Whenever I hear anyone arguing for slavery, I feel a strong impulse to see it tried on him personally.”
― Abraham Lincoln
Two types of slave auctions were used:
1. Auctions that sold to the highest bidder
2. Auctions that worked on, ‘Grab and go’ principal.
Slaves used to be put in the stalls used for horses. They were shown to the public – sometimes naked if there were female human beings. Older the slave is; lower will be the price. The largest slave auction in the US was organized on March 3, 1859, also called ‘The Weeping Time‘. I have come up with 7 photos given below that contain ads for slave sales and auctions. Let’s have a look at them and cry to our worst.

Last word: Slave Sales ads show that we, the human beings, are the worst form of life – harming every other life – including that of ourselves. This is something completely insane. This is seriously heart-rending. I cannot use the suitable word for describing my feelings.
Don’t forget to share the worst face of human beings!
